This is awesome. Love the lines and colouring technique you use to really give them depth and bring them to life. That said, it makes the stained glass filter on dratini stand out as really flat, not conforming to the body. If I may suggest, look into combing it (and/or any other textures) with the Displacement Map to make PS do all the work of wrapping the layer around shapes. (If you're not familiar: this is done using a separately saved grayscale PSD of the same image as the map.)

Regardless, I think your stylistic interpretations of the Pokémon characters is brilliant.

Thank you so much. And thank you for your advice. The idea was the filter to be a "base" for a more detailed scales texture drawn by hand, but I decided to leave it so due a matter of time.

I haven't tried the Displacement Map. I'll try to use it in a drawing soon it doesn't seem to difficult to learn..
